Linguine cooked with fresh seafood in olive oil, garlic, hint of chilli, tomato and white wine

12.00pm                      Arrive at Moreton Island to anchor for lunch

                                      Lunch buffet served in the saloon

1.00pm                        Transfers to shore for swimming, snorkeling and paddle boarding

3.00pm                        Guests return to Phoenix One

3.30pm                        End-of-year presentations and awards in the saloon
