Example Itinerary

DAY ONE

Your fishing time is precious, so you will depart from your choosen port with your Game Boat straight to the reef in search of Giant Marlin. Phoenix One will meet you at our choosen anchorage for the evening where you will be greeted by the friendly crew after your first exhilarating day.

While the crew take care of your bags, you can relax on the aft deck with a refreshing beverage and late afternoon snack while our Captain provides you with a safety briefing and introduction to Phoenix One and her crew.

Freshen up in your private stateroom before joining your family and friends for a 5 star dinner made with local, seasonal produce tailored to your preferences by our Chef.

DAY TWO – SIX

Hooking a Giant Black Marlin is the order of the day for your charter. Whatever time you choose to get underway the Phoenix One crew will be there ready to serve you an early breakfast to fuel you for non-stop fishing action.

With options to dine on Phoenix One for breakfast and lunch or opt for a gourmet take-away meal to maximise your time fishing, our crew will liaise with you and your Game Boat captain daily to design the day around your chosen activities.

The evenings are for relaxing; soothe tired muscles in the hot spa on the fly bridge while gazing at the stars and reflecting on the days catches.

DAY SEVEN

After your final breakfast on board Phoenix One the crew will transfer you to shore on Lizard Island via tender.

On your flight from Lizard Island to Cairns you will pass over the incredible Great Barrier Reef that has been your home for the past 7 days.

Breakfast

Continental selection of cereals, fresh fruit, Danishes, yoghurt, variety of toast, milk, tea and espresso coffee and juice.

Daily hot selection to go:
Triple smoked bacon, free range egg, tomato relish and Gruyere cheese breakfast wrap.

Lunch

Fresh rocket salad with grilled lamb, haloumi and toasted pinenuts

To Start:
Grilled Zaatar prawns with watercress and tomato salad

Main:
Crispy skin salmon with a salsa verde crust served with roasted beetroot, Dauphinoise potatoes and crispy kale

Orange scented Panna Cotta with rhubarb ginger sorbet

The Whaler is a custom built 8m Boston Whaler fishing vessel. Available as a chase boat to Phoenix One or for full day fishing charters for up to 8 guests and 2 crew.
