Phoenix One has been announced as the 2022 winner of the LUXlife Nautical Tourism Award, and we couldn’t be prouder.

Awarded as the most unique Superyacht Charter Business – Australia LUXlife Customer Service Excellence Award, Phoenix One’s achievement is testimony to the tireless work of our dedicated crew and company to deliver truly memorable charter programs and service excellence in Australia.

Entrants were judged on a range of factors including performance, customer feedback and testimonials, market position, product and service offerings, usability and have demonstrated resilience and innovation through COVID 19.

So, what are the elements of excellence behind Phoenix One that set us apart?

We focus on 3 key areas to deliver exceptional charters experiences to our guests: the environment, the vessel and our crew. These factors underpin the core values of Phoenix One are the driving force behind every decision.

We operate in sensitive environments and as such we take proactive action to reduce our impact in these areas. Everything from our selection of cleaning products to waste management, to on water activities and participation in select environmental programs has a considered approach.

Further, with the varied locations we travel to and operate in we have a local industry and indigenous participation policy that ensures we operate in a way that supports and involves local industry and indigenous groups.

Phoenix One has undergone a significant refit in 2021 to ensure our guests can relax and enjoy memorable holiday experiences in lux-comfort. We have added to our experience two new chase boats: The Whaler and Tin Man. These extra options are designed to enhance guests’ experiences by offering bespoke activities including fishing, beach and hiking excursions, scuba diving and snorkelling. We are constantly looking at how our offering can meet the precise needs or our guests.

Our crew play a critical part in the success of every charter. They are selected for their yachting and life experience, marine expertise, customer service focus and ability to work within a tight-knit team. As the crew are living together onboard for extended periods of time, they become a family and rely on each other for support and encouragement. We celebrate their achievements and awards and are proud of the culture they have created which allows them to delivery exceptional service to our guests.
